In August 2012, Pavitra started her career as a Junior Biomedical Engineer at Sudha Hospitals in Tamil Nadu, India. During the role she coordinated with the senior engineers & the Dean to manage divisions such as Neo-natal, ICU, Cath Lab, Neuro ICU, and Dialysis. She was also involved in conducting quality checks and ensured the maintenance of medical equipment on a periodic basis. Pavithra also played a pivotal role in ensuring accurate functioning of machines in the operation theatre prior to operations.
In October 2016, Pavithra enrolled as a Territory Manager at Immunoconcept India PVT. Ltd. in New Delhi, India. Pavithra’s role was split between Branch Management & Client Relations where she handled 25+ corporate accounts while launching branches for Kolors in Chennai & Tamilnadu and Kosmoderma in Chennai. She also liaised with distributors in 2 states to determine & assign the orders while reporting to the senior leadership in New Delhi. The second half of Pavithra’s role was centred on Research & Record Maintenance where she conducted visits to Mumbai & Hyderabad as part of fostering robust relationships with clients and training new employees.
