BACKGROUND
Mr Suresh Sudula has specialised in Musculoskeletal Medicine for over 20 years, during this time, he has gained a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy. He has also attained a Postgraduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from Canterbury Christ Church University. His specialist interest is advanced ultrasound guided musculoskeletal interventions, including Orthobiologics and Ultrasound guided spinal injections.
Mr Sudula has vast experience within regenerative medicine, having performed over 4000 procedures including MFAT, BMAC and PRP. He is one of the most experienced MSK specialists and has personally treated over 90% of the patients at The Regenerative Clinic. He leads the Multi Disciplinary Team within The Regenerative Clinic and always makes patient care and safety paramount to his practice.
Mr Sudula has a unique combination of skills and expertise in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Ultrasonography, which enables him to seamlessly perform diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound scans. His skill set has proved to be of significant value to the Radiology department at Medway Maritime Hospital where he practices as a Consultant Physiotherapist in Diagnostic and Interventional Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
Mr Sudula is the first physiotherapist from the UK to obtain a visiting fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Radiology department, which is an internationally acclaimed institution for its work on MSK Ultrasound.
Mr Sudula is an honorary lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University, teaching an MSK Ultrasound PGCert programme and also frequently teaches on national and international MSK ultrasound courses and musculoskeletal society conferences. Furthermore, Mr Sudula is a programme director for MSK Medicine and offers MSK Ultrasound Fellowships to other clinicians who wish to expand their knowledge within this field.
Early in 2019, Mr Sudula worked in collaboration with Sonoskills and 123 Sonography, as a course director for an online e-learning MSK ultrasound guided injection masterclass, along with his colleague, Dr Lorenzo Masci. This course is now available online for healthcare professionals who wish to learn how to perform ultrasound guided injections of the peripheral joints.

Mr Sudula is the founder and director of Kent Musculoskeletal Clinic; a private clinic offering highly specialised ultrasound guided injection services. Mr Sudula also works as a Musculoskeletal specialist on London’s prestigious Harley Street, at The Regenerative Clinic; a private healthcare clinic offering pioneering alternatives to orthopaedic surgery, such as MFAT and PRP injections (Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy).
More recently Mr Sudula has been appointed as the Head of Education at LifePlus StemCells clinic, which is the first Stem Cell service in the UK to provide clinicians with quantifiable, quality assured autologous and allogenic stem cells to be prescribed as a medicine for a wide range of medical conditions including orthopaedic, manufactured under HTA and MHRA Licences.

BACKGROUND
In 2007, Sri Sudula commenced her employment with Wipro Technologies; a multinational information technology company, where she worked as a Java Developer. She was heavily involved in project designing and developing activities according to customer specifications. She worked alongside management in preparing project proposals and contractual documents and developing project plans, budgets and schedules.
In 2009, Sri relocated from India to the UK and has since worked at Medway Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Sri was employed with Medway Hospital as a Consultant Secretary and was responsible for interacting with GPs, patients, outside disciplines and companies and responding to all forms of queries, questions and concerns.
In 2016, Sri enrolled as the MDT coordinator for the Cancer Services Team, where she supported nine key clinical tumour areas including Breast, Upper GI and Lower GI, Dermatology, ENT, Gynaecology, Urology, Lung and Haematology. Sri was responsible for the operational management of MDT Meetings, effective communication with teams across Kent and managing the patient pathway.
In 2017, Sri worked as the IT Technical Projects Coordinator for Medway NHS Foundation Trust. Sri was responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Trust IT portfolio and supporting continuous improvement within Trust IT.
Currently, Sri is the Business Development Manager and Operational Manager for Kent Musculoskeletal Clinic. Sri is responsible for managing clinics and coordinating the patient pathway. Sri also works closely with the business partners, our IT team, and marketing team to promote the business and develop brand awareness

Dr Lorenzo Masci
Consultant in Sports & Exercise Medicine
BACKGROUND
Dr Lorenzo Masci is a Sports Medicine doctor based in central London with offices at OneWelbeck Sports Medicine, ISEH (Institute of Sport Exercise and Health) and Chelsea. Sports Medicine doctors take a holistic approach to diagnosing and managing any musculoskeletal condition. They are able to assess your musculoskeletal disorder, perform on-site MSK ultrasound and arrange other imaging to ensure a correct diagnosis of your injury in a time-efficient manner. Sports Medicine doctors can plan your rehabilitation with members of your rehabilitation team including physiotherapists, podiatrists and personal trainers. They will take control of your care ensuring your musculoskeletal disorder is heading in the right direction at the right speed.
Dr Masci has undertaken extensive and vigorous specialist Sports Medicine training. After graduating from medical school in Australia, he completed a four-year specialist Sports Medicine training program with the Australasian College of Sports and Exercise Physicians. After moving to London in 2007, Lorenzo quickly established himself in the Sports Medicine community in the British military, private practice and elite sporting organisations such as Fulham Football club and Wasps Rugby. Prior to moving, he worked as a Sports Medicine doctor for Melbourne Storm Rugby League, Tennis Australia, Melbourne Demons Australian Football and the Victorian Weightlifting Association. He is a registered by the GMC as a specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine and is recognised by all leading private insurance companies.
Actively involved in research, Lorenzo has written over 20 peer-reviewed papers and has spoken at multiple international sports medicine conferences including Arsenal Football conference, Barcelona Football conference and the British Association of Sports and Exercise Medicine. He is currently involved in tendon research at prestigious institutions including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Imperial University, Queen Mary University and Brunel University. He is honorary lecturer at Queen Mary University. He has narrated and produced an on-line musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided injection programme and is actively involved in teaching Sports and Exercise Medicine graduates at University College London. Lorenzo completed a Masters in Sports Medicine in research at the University of Melbourne in 2004 on low back pain in young active athletes achieving a high distinction.

BACKGROUND
Pavithra brings over 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, business development, and biomedical engineering. Her current role with Krida is managing end-to-end clinic operations, including patient communications, sending clinic reports, scheduling, and administrative coordination. She also oversees stock analysis, and demand-supply management to support clinic growth.
Previously, Pavithra has excelled in roles such as Business Development Manager, where she drove revenue growth and trained healthcare professionals, and Territory & Marketing Manager, where she expanded market presence and built strong client relationships. She began her career as a Junior Biomedical Engineer, ensuring the quality and maintenance of critical medical equipment.
Pavithra holds a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering and is passionate about delivering excellence in healthcare operations and patient care.
